Human Resources Director

The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of this expanding company's human resource function. This includes but not limited to recruitment, employee retention, benefits, training, legal compliance/safety and implementing the company's overall HR goals and objectives. This role is best suited for an entrepreneurial team player who can problem solve and ensure the company s recruiting best-in-class team members.

Responsibilities

• Leading recruitment efforts including jobposting, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• Implement andexecute effective onboarding processes and development programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Managing theemployee compensation structure, benefits packages, andcompliance.
• Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts by upholding company policies to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Establishing HRmetrics for employee performance reviews andrecruiting stats.
• Staying up to date on employment lawsand confirming thecompany adheres tocurrent legal and ethical standards.
• Ensure allsafety/OSHA protocols areunderstood and followed to mitigate riskand lower the possibility of accidents, injuries, fees, etc.
• Managing andmentoring the HRteam by stimulating a collaborative workenvironment to improve existing policies, procedures, and company culture.

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must have a PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification.
• Must have construction or relevant work experience .
• Expert inexisting labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations.
• Minimum 10years of experience working in HR;5 years working in HR management.
• Experience working within an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) ispreferred.
• Strong analytical ability, quantitative andproblem-solving skills, andexcellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Being bilingual is a plus.
