• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and performance review processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• HR management experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care settings.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
