Position Overview

The Human Resources Director provides strategic and operational leadership for all human resources functions. This role is responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives that support organizational goals, ensure compliance, and foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all human resources operations, policies, and programs
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and development initiatives
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and HR administration processes
  • Promote a professional, inclusive, and ethical workplace culture
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational and people-related matters
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all HR-related decisions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources leadership or a senior HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and organizational best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and across teams
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
