Human Resources Director

A large company is seeking an experienced Director of HR to oversee a small HR team and lead all organizational HR functions. This role requires strong experience with unions, labor laws, and pensions. Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing and leading the HR team
• Managing employee relations and compliance with labor laws
• Handling union-related matters
• Overseeing pensions, benefits, and HR operations
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Supporting leadership with strategic HR needs

Ideal Qualifications:

• HR leadership experience required
• Strong knowledge of unions, labor laws, and pensions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team effectively
• Spanish speaking a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
