About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Executive to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Responsible for all property Learning + Development administrative activities
  • Supports the delivery and execution of Learning + Development initiatives
  • Responsible for supporting any property or department specific training need as approved by the Learning + Development leader
  • Supports the Learning Needs Analysis and Learning Audit initiatives for the property
  • Drive and manage colleague engagement events, recognition schemes, and CSR initiatives, including the "Spirit of Jumeirah awards" and Colleague of the Month/Year programs.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Human Resources
  • Business studies and/or Business English qualifications
  • 3-5 years+ experience in training, preferably from Hospitality Industry
