The role is responsible for driving operational excellence across HR processes while leading the design, implementation, and governance of the Bank’s Total Rewards framework. This role ensures accurate and compliant payroll management, maintains HRIS integrity, and enforces robust governance standards. It spearheads strategic initiatives in compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition programs to enhance competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. The position provides expert advisory on compensation matters, supports Board Nomination & Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee reporting, and ensures adherence to Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) regulations. Through collaboration with HR, Finance, and business leaders, the role strengthens the employee value proposition, fosters fairness and transparency, and ensures reward programs attract, motivate, and retain top talent while reinforcing performance and organizational effectiveness
