The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in managing and executing HR functions to support the organization's goals and workforce needs. This position involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR projects while ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment & Performance Management & Employee Relations:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.

Assist in designing and implementing performance management systems.

Support managers in setting goals, conducting appraisals, and identifying development opportunities.

Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.

Address workplace issues and mediate conflicts to promote employee satisfaction.
HR Policy and Compliance & Contracts, Policies and Procedures

Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.

Update and implement HR policies in line with local regulations and organizational objectives.

Contribute to HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity initiatives, and talent management programs.

Support organizational change initiatives and culture-building efforts.

Drive and maintain the compensation & benefits employment contracts, offer letter, on boarding processes, policies and tracking.
Payroll Management

Administer the payroll system as per timelines, with accuracy and tracking of all payments, deductions, and compliance with statutory regulations.

Manage the payroll system and ensure integrity and tracking processes are correct and tracked for internal auditing.

Ensure every payroll is closed by due date, ensure Finance has accurate pay data reflected in tactual payments on payroll cycle.

Ensure monthly run & close of payroll is maintained/documented.

Review and sign off on monthly payroll.
Learning and Development

Identify training needs and support the implementation of learning programs.

Promote employee development through mentorship, coaching, and training initiatives.
HR Projects and Initiatives

Contribute to HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity initiatives, and talent management programs.
HR Analytics and Reporting

Track and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership as needed.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Preferred Experience:

8+ years of experience in HR, with progressive responsibilities.
