Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive with strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of Bahrain / GCC labor laws to handle complete HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, government documentation, and HR compliance while supporting management with strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle LMRA, CPR, visa processing, renewals, transfers, and cancellations in compliance with Bahrain regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, leave balances, and attendance systems.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations as per legal procedures.
  • Coordinate GOSI/SIO registration, medical insurance, and employee benefits.
  • Handle payroll coordination, overtime, EOSB calculations, and leave settlements.
  • Support performance appraisals, promotions, and training & development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and workforce analysis for management.
  • Conduct HR induction, employee engagement, and policy awareness programs.
  • Act as a key liaison between employees, management, and government authorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 plus years of experience as HR Executive
  • Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA, and MOL procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential HR matters professionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll systems.
