Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's
degree or professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) are preferred. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a strategic
leadership role within a large industrial or logistics environment. - Strong experience in labor relations, high-volume hiring for plant and branch workers, and local
labor law compliance. - Deep knowledge of local and regional labor laws. - Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to formulate and implement HR policies that support the company's growth strategy.
Key Job Duties & Responsibilities :-
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies encompassing recruitment, compensation,
performance management, and employee development. - Act as a strategic partner to executive management to ensure workforce planning supports
production and distribution operational goals. - Oversee mass recruitment processes for plant workers and branch/retail employees (High-volume
hiring) - Develop employee retention strategies and competitive compensation/incentive plans to reduce
employee - Manage all labor relations issues and disputes, ensuring a fair and compliant work environment
according to local and regional labor laws. - Ensure full compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations for all staff,
especially in the plant and kitchen. - Lead the company-wide Performance Management system (goal setting, annual reviews,
