Human Resources Director

River Bend Health and Rehabilitation, a community of specialists, caregivers, and dedicated staff, is seeking a talented Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining all aspects of our human resources function. Human Resources Director Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's mission and goals

  • Manage and coordinate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for all staff

  • Conduct new hire orientations, employee training programs, and performance management initiatives

  • Design and implement employee recognition and engagement programs

  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll programs

  • Investigate and resolve employee conflicts and complaints

  • Collaborate with management and staff to improve communication, teamwork, and employee morale

  • Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends, providing recommendations for improvement

Human Resources Director Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
