Role Overview

We are seeking a HR Director to lead our human resources operations in Mesaieed. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in HR management, organizational development, and employee engagement. You will oversee HR strategy, compliance, and performance, ensuring SPR Work Solutions continues to deliver excellence in workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee recruitment, talent management, and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth and culture.
• Manage HR budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor HR teams, fostering professionalism and accountability.
• Represent SPR Work Solutions in industry forums and HR networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and organizational development.
• Proven track record of managing HR operations in dynamic environments.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace.
