About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & HR Director who can take ownership of both our financial strategy and human resources vision. You aren’t just managing spreadsheets or policies; you are defining how EOS invests in people and resources to scale successfully. You will lead a skilled team of finance and HR professionals, bridging the gap between operational needs and strategic growth. You will be the advocate for both financial integrity and employee experience in a room full of stakeholders and executives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure all financial operations align with company goals.

HR Strategy & Operations: Manage payroll, recruitment, compliance, and employee development programs. Ensure HR processes support company growth and culture.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide finance and HR staff. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive coaching to elevate the team’s output.

Policy Development: Create and implement policies that ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management: Present insights, financial forecasts, and HR initiatives to executives and stakeholders. Advocate for strategies that balance profitability with employee engagement.

Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to Qatari labor laws, accounting standards, and internal governance policies.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 8+ years in finance and HR leadership roles, preferably in outsourcing, service, or corporate sectors.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and influence strategic decisions.

Technical Expertise: Proficient in financial software, payroll systems, and HR tools. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Mindset: Strategic and pragmatic. You know when to push for perfection and when to act decisively. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR28,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
