Human Resources Director (HRD)
Location: Millsboro, DE
Company: Ocean Grove Post Acute

Salary based on experience!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests

• Maintain confidential employee records and update records of current staff

• Support the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing background checks, scheduling interviews, and providing in-services on corporate compliance mandates

• Organize orientation for new staff and assist with benefit administration and retention events

• Process payroll for the facility and other assigned functions

Experience:

• LTC/SNF HR experience preferred
