Human Resources Director

We are seeking a strong Director of HR ready to step into a VP-level role , leading human capital strategy across a large, multi-state, multi-unit restaurant operation.


This is not a developmental role—it requires someone already operating at near-VP scope, with the capacity to scale immediately.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR strategy across 100+ restaurant locations
  • Own full HR function: field HR, employee relations, compliance, talent development, and workforce planning
  • Act as a strategic partner to operations leadership to improve retention, bench strength, and performance
  • Build scalable HR infrastructure to support continued unit growth
  • Oversee labor strategy across multiple states, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
  • Develop pipelines for General Managers and multi-unit leaders
  • Lead and scale a regional HR team supporting field operations



Must-Have Qualifications

  • Currently a Director / Sr. Director of HR in a QSR or multi-unit restaurant environment
  • Direct oversight of 75–150+ locations
  • Experience supporting a high-volume hourly workforce (3,000+ employees)
  • Strong field HR ownership
  • Proven ability to influence operations leaders at scale
