Director of HR ready to step into a VP-level role
, leading human capital strategy across a large, multi-state, multi-unit restaurant operation.
This is not a developmental role—it requires someone already operating at near-VP scope, with the capacity to scale immediately.
Key Responsibilities

Lead HR strategy across
100+ restaurant locations

Own full HR function: field HR, employee relations, compliance, talent development, and workforce planning

Act as a strategic partner to operations leadership to improve retention, bench strength, and performance

Build scalable HR infrastructure to support continued unit growth

Oversee labor strategy across multiple states, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation

Develop pipelines for General Managers and multi-unit leaders

Lead and scale a regional HR team supporting field operations
Must-Have Qualifications

Currently a
Director / Sr. Director of HR
in a
QSR or multi-unit restaurant environment
-
Direct oversight of
75–150+ locations
-
Experience supporting a
high-volume hourly workforce (3,000+ employees)

Strong field HR ownership

Proven ability to influence operations leaders at scale
