The Human Resources Director is responsible for the overall administration and leadership of human resources functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, and HR compliance activities.
This role serves as the organization’s primary HR leader, providing guidance to the CEO and leadership team on employee-related matters while ensuring effective day-to-day operations of the HR function. The position operates with a high degree of independence and works to support organizational needs.

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $73,628 to $93,875, depending on qualifications and experience. The full salary range extends to $114,123, providing room for future growth and advancement within the role.
