Washington Square Nursing & Rehab, a premier skilled nursing facility in Warren, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, and promoting a culture of excellence.

About the Role

As a Human Resources Director at Washington Square Nursing & Rehab, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our employees and patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Staffing and Labor Relations: Manage all aspects of staffing, including recruitment, hiring, and retention of qualified staff.
• Employee Relations: Respond to employee concerns, conduct investigations, and develop strategies to improve employee engagement and morale.
• Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee programs.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field. Skilled nursing experience is preferred.
