We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions within a fast-growing fashion retail organization. This is a pivotal role that will shape the people strategy, foster a high-performing culture, and drive the company’s organizational excellence.

As the HR Director, the ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of HR responsibilities — including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Facilities Administration — ensuring alignment with business goals and brand values.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in strategic HR leadership , preferably gained in the retail or fashion industry , with a proven ability to design and implement people strategies that enable growth, scalability, and employee success.

You will report directly to the General Manager driving both strategic and operational excellence across the function.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Oversee talent management and succession planning processes to ensure organizational readiness.
  • Support cultural transformation and change management efforts across functions.
  • Manage HR budget, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, engineering or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience , preferably within retail industry.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end HR processes in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
