GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduates of engineering, labor economics, business administration, economics, psychology, etc.
• At least 10 years of experience managing all Human Resources processes in head offices and retail organizations
• At least 5 years of experience managing Human Resources processes in overseas offices and stores in the retail sector
• Proficient in ERP systems and Digital Human Resources Management Systems
• Fluent in English
• No restrictions on international travel
• Strong presentation skills and strong communication skills
• Strategic perspective and well-developed analytical thinking skills
• Strong competencies in leadership, communication, and change management
• Male candidates have completed their military service

To manage and lead end-to-end Human Resources organizations and related processes in all countries where we operate outside of Turkey (Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Romania, Egypt, Morocco, Iraq, Georgia, etc.).
