Human Resources Director (Healthcare)

This organization has expanded significantly in the past year and is focused on supporting both its clinical and administrative teams across multiple locations. They are looking for an HR Director to join their team in the Maryland Area.

Your new role

You will serve as the sole HR leader, overseeing all aspects of HR operations for a diverse workforce. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll manage payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, and policy development. This role offers significant autonomy to drive process improvements and the opportunity to build out the HR function as the organization continues to grow. This position is a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will need to succeed

• Experience in HR management within healthcare and multi-site environment
• Strong technical expertise with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred)
• Proven ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration
• Data-driven approach to HR operations, including compensation and merit cycles
• Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment and can drive change
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels
