The HR Director is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including workforce planning, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefits, and compliance. The role ensures that HR strategies align with business objectives and promote a high-performance, engaged, and compliant workforce.
Duties & Responsibilities
1- Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission, values, and goals.
- Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and culture.
- Champion initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Lead HR transformation and change management initiatives as needed.
2- Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
- Drive employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Implement onboarding programs that support engagement and retention.
3- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure clear employee communication channels and grievance handling.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and action planning.
- Identify training needs and implement L&D strategies to support employee growth.
- Promote leadership development and succession planning.
- Measure training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Oversee payroll coordination and ensure compliance with labor laws.
6- HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain and improve HR systems (HRIS, payroll, performance management tools).
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs.
- Prepare for and manage internal or external HR audits.
7- Performance Management
- Lead the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Support department heads in goal setting, feedback, and performance discussions.
- Monitor KPI alignment between individual and organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in building or transforming HR functions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
