About the Role:

We are seeking an entry-level Human Resources Executive to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership across multiple HR functions. You will be responsible for supporting and driving the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and process improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Talent Acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure smooth HR operational processes, including database management and documentation.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
  • Contribute to HR process improvement projects through research, data analysis, and solution design.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and business leaders to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day HR deliverables.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline (preferred: BBA, BA Psychology, MBA HR, or HR certifications).
  • Prior experience through internships or entry-level HR roles will be considered a plus.
