As we continue to expand, we are looking for an HR Executive who can manage end-to-end HR operations, streamline people processes, and contribute to building a strong organizational culture.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Zoho HR software and expertise in recruitment, payroll management, and requirement handling in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selections.
  • Drive employee referral programs and internal job postings.
  • Execute smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

HR Operations & Records

  • Maintain and update employee records using Zoho HR software.
  • Draft and issue HR documents (offer letters, appointment, confirmation, and relieving letters).
  • Manage exit processes including exit interviews, clearances, and final settlements.

Payroll Management

  • Process payroll and design salary structures/CTC in Zoho HR.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll-related MIS reports including attendance, LOP, and salary statements.

Performance & Employee Engagement

  • Manage PMS cycles through Zoho HR including appraisals and performance tracking.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost retention and morale.
  • Support grievance handling and resolution.
  • Coordinate training sessions and development programs.

Policy & Requirement Management

  • Implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
  • Gather, document, and manage HR requirements across departments.
  • Partner with leadership to design retention and recognition strategies.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in Zoho HR software modules (recruitment, payroll, performance).
  • Solid knowledge of HR operations and payroll management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Goal Seek, reporting).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resource Management (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of proven HR experience in corporate or startup environments.
  • Certification or proven hands-on experience in Zoho HR software is highly desirable.
