We are seeking a highly skilled HR Executive for our well-known client, a leader in producing complex parts and assemblies. Supporting a global portfolio of aerospace primes and their sub-tiers, all special processes are approved by major OEMs and NADCAP.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in union relations, employee relations, organizational development, and team management. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and contributing to the overall success of the company. The position will report directly to C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and provide guidance on benefits-related queries.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct organizational assessments and recommend improvements.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Implement and oversee employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Lead projects related to HR strategy and organizational development.
- Lead and manage the HR team (team of 4) to ensure effective and efficient HR operations.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities for HR team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Proven team management experience.
