Human Resources Executive

To support our growing operations, we are looking to hire a skilled Human Resource Officer to strengthen our HR and people management functions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to oversee employee relations, recruitment, compliance with UAE labour law, and HR administration. The successful candidate will ensure smooth HR operations and foster a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Maintain HR records, contracts, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
• Support payroll preparation and leave/attendance management.
• Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and development programs.
• Liaise with government authorities (MOHRE, Free Zones, etc.) on HR matters.
• Prepare HR reports and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE (pharma/healthcare preferred).
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
