HR Officer- Mobilization

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end mobilization and demobilization processes for both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
• Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and project teams to ensure manpower mobilization schedules are met.
• Liaise with ADNOC (or other Oil & Gas clients) for gate passes, site access, and mandatory approval requirements.
• Manage visa processing, medical tests, EID, insurance, and onboarding formalities for employees.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE, HR, and security requirements during mobilization.
• Prepare and maintain mobilization trackers, employee records, and documentation.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation logistics for mobilized staff.
• Support employee orientation and induction programs for newly mobilized staff.
• Ensure proper handling of renewals, visa transfers, and contract extensions.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding mobilization and site deployment queries.
• Maintain strong coordination with vendors, PROs, and government relations teams for smooth processing.
• Assist in workforce planning and manpower forecasting for projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR / Mobilization experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects (preferably ADNOC site or GCC projects).
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC labor laws and ADNOC site requirements.
• Experience in handling large-scale blue-collar workforce mobilization.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with multicultural workforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
