Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. This role involves recruitment, employee engagement, payroll administration, statutory compliance, and HR reporting.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing HR functions in dynamic environments, with strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, and professional tax.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee attendance management, leave tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle payroll processing, including salary calculations and disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Professional Tax, etc.).
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare timely HR reports.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll management and statutory compliances (ESI, PF, Professional Tax).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools/software.
