Human Resources Executive

We have a requirement for Human Resource Executive for Isha Foundation. The work location is Chikkaballapura, Karnataka. Please find below the Job responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update HP databases and employee records, ensuring accurate and confidential data management
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
• Assist in the development and implementation of HP policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient HP operations and solve any issues that arise.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Requirements

 Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

 Proven experience in HP operations or a similar role

 Strong knowledge of HP processes, policies, and employment laws

 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Proficient in using MS Office Suite

 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost

discretion
