Human Resources Executive

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic female HR professional with 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in talent management and people culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
• Support employee engagement activities and people culture initiatives.
• Maintain candidate and employee records in HR systems.
• Coordinate with team leads to understand hiring needs and plan recruitment drives.
• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of HR experience (especially in recruitment).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for people management, culture building, and teamwork.
• Post’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Note: At this time, we are not considering freshers or candidates with over 2 years of experience for this role.

Pay: ₹9,272.12 - ₹15,000.00 per month
