Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end hiring and onboarding for Agent Hiring / Sales Hiring
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, field sourcing, networking, and social media
• Conducting and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Stakeholder management with internal teams and department leads
• Coordinating onboarding activities with the onboarding team & MIS teams
• Maintaining daily MIS reports, hiring trackers, and dashboards
• Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Marathi Speaking is mandatory
• Experience in bulk hiring or BPO/Sales hiring is preferred
• Strong communication, coordination & negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Basic knowledge of Excel and hiring MIS
