Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Rawalpindi. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for handling HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and supporting overall human resources management. Key duties include onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues effectively
• Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in HR roles is preferred.
