ManpowerGroup Middle East is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading IT company in Dubai, for a Human Resources Executive to support and enhance HR operations.
Role Overview:
The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR team in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to HR processes in the fast-paced IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Support employee onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, contracts, and induction programs.

Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and employee files.

Assist in HR administration tasks such as attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.

Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback collection.

Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and HR-related communications.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the IT or technology sector.

Strong understanding of HR practices and labor law in the UAE.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
