ManpowerGroup Middle East is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading IT company in Dubai, for a Human Resources Executive to support and enhance HR operations.


Role Overview:

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR team in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to HR processes in the fast-paced IT sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Support employee onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, contracts, and induction programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and employee files.
  • Assist in HR administration tasks such as attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback collection.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and HR-related communications.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor law in the UAE.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
