We are a growing manufacturing and trading company specializing in workwear, uniforms, and personal protective equipment (PPE). As we expand our operations, we are seeking to hire a dedicated internal Human Resources professional to establish and manage core HR functions, support employee engagement, and enhance organizational efficiency.

Position Summary
The Human Resources professional will be responsible for developing and implementing HR processes across recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management. This role will also involve working with ERP software to manage employee and operational data. Training on the ERP system will be provided, but prior experience with ERP platforms is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish HR policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with company objectives and compliance standards.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and attendance through the ERP system.
  • Coordinate payroll data and liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Support management in implementing training and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and consistency.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, data reporting, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE labour laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast HR needs in line with company growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (finance or accounting background is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience, preferably within manufacturing, trading, or industrial sectors.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; prior hands-on ERP experience is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labour law and employment practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR data management tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
