Position Title: HR Executive Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager Location: Head Office | Dubai, UAE

Overview

Collaborates with the HR Manager and HR Admin to support day-to-day HR operations within the restaurant. This role assists in recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee relations support, documentation, attendance and payroll preparation, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles, as required.

Coordinate interviews and trial shifts, as necessary.

Maintain a talent pipeline for high-turnover roles.

Ensure all positions are filled within the required timelines.

2. Onboarding & Induction

Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation.

Assist in conducting orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with restaurant policies and culture.

Ensure smooth onboarding and training schedules for new staff.

3. Employee Relations

Support a healthy work environment by helping address employee concerns and resolving conflicts.

Conduct regular check-ins with staff and supervisors.

Promote teamwork, motivation, and engagement initiatives.

4. Attendance & Payroll Support

Support the management of daily attendance records and leave monitoring.

Help check timesheets for accuracy and coordinate the submission of payroll-related data

Assists in monitoring shift schedules, and manpower planning.

5. Compliance & Documentation

Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.

Help maintain employee records, contracts, IDs, and other documents.

Assist the HR team during audits and inspections.

6. HR Administration

Support the preparation of HR correspondence, memos, and internal communication.

Assist with employee benefits, insurance claims, and grievance-related processes.

Qualifications & Skills

1–3 years of HR experience (hospitality/restaurant experience preferred).

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in HRMS/HRIS systems, MS Office, and scheduling tools.
