. Compliance Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure organizational adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and internal controls.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.
- Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Maintain documentation related to compliance activities, inspections, and certifications.
- Support risk management initiatives and ensure timely incident reporting and investigation.
2. Human Resources Operations
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Generate HR reports (attendance, leave, headcount, compliance tracking, etc.).
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with learning & development, trainings, and policy communication.
3. Policy Development & Governance
- Draft, update, and enforce HR and compliance policies.
- Ensure employees understand policies through training, awareness programs, and communication.
- Support internal investigations related to misconduct, grievances, or policy violations.
4. Workplace Ethics & Culture
- Promote a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethical behavior.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure safe workplace practices and support occupational health and safety efforts.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Certifications in compliance, HR, or related areas (preferred):
- CHRP, SHRM-CP, CCEP, ISO Compliance, etc.
Experience
- 2–5 years of professional experience in HR, Compliance, or related functions.
- Experience with labor laws, audits, or risk management is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency with HRIS software, MS Office Suite, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of audit processes and documentation practices.
