Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with a strong background in building construction or MEP companies in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations across labor camps and project sites, handling payroll, and ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a large manpower efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate HR activities across construction sites and labor camps.
• Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, visa processing, and renewals in coordination with the PRO department.
• Maintain and update employee master data, attendance, and leave records.
• Handle payroll preparation, including overtime, deductions, and final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate with camp bosses for smooth camp operations, discipline, and welfare of workers.
• Support project sites with manpower deployment and transfers.
• Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and staff welfare activities.
• Prepare periodic HR reports (headcount, attrition, payroll summaries, etc.) for management review.
• Assist management in recruitment, performance evaluation, and training coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in human resources, business administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HR within a building construction or MEP company.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, payroll systems, and HR policies.
• Experience in handling site-based and camp-related HR activities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to handle multi-site operations.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
