Roles & Responsibility

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Source and attract talent across HR generalist functions, especially for sales, operations & admin roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain talent pipeline and candidate records.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS/Excel.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour law documentation, etc.).
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation: offer letters, contracts, NDAs, policies.

Performance & Culture

  • Implement performance review cycles and appraisal support.
  • Support culture building by designing engagement initiatives.
  • Act as HR point of contact for employee queries and feedback.

Payroll & HRMS

  • Coordinate monthly payroll input, attendance, leave records, and reimbursements.
  • Work with HRMS tools for seamless HR operations.

Employee Relations

  • Drive effective communication between leadership and staff.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities including exit interviews and joiner/leaver processes.
  • Build employee engagement activities to improve retention.

Reporting & Metrics

  • Provide periodic HR metrics reports to leadership.
  • Help define and improve HR KPIs.
  • Who Should Apply We are looking for professionals who demonstrate:

✔ 2–7+ years of hands-on HR experience in generalist roles
✔ End-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management✔ Good command of HR operations, compliance & people processes✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills✔ High ownership and ability to work independently in a growing business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
