Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Human Resource Executive
to support and enhance their HR operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and ensuring a smooth HR workflow across the organization.
Responsibilities:

Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, and exit processes.

Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR databases.

Assist in drafting employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documents.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of HR processes.

Handle employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support.

Support performance management activities and assist with employee evaluations.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Participate in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.

Assist in HR reporting, data management, and preparation of HR metrics.

Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.
Requirements:

Minimum
2–3 years of HR experience
in the UAE.

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
