Recruitment & Onboarding
Support end-to-end recruitment for hotel operations and support departments.
Coordinate interviews and complete joining formalities.
Prepare appointment letters and ensure timely onboarding.
Conduct induction and assist in colleague orientation programs.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate employee files, HR trackers, and manpower reports.
Manage attendance, leave records, and overtime data.
Support payroll inputs and monthly HR MIS.
Handle probation confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Statutory & Compliance Support
Assist with PF, ESIC, and insurance (GMC/GPA/WC) documentation.
Track medical examinations, vaccinations, and statutory compliances.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, townhalls, festivals, and CSR initiatives.
Address colleague queries and support grievance handling.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
Policy & Discipline Support
Ensure implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and IHG guidelines.
Assist in counselling, disciplinary documentation, and policy communication.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of HR operations and basic labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR reporting.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / MBA in Human Resources preferred.
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
Experience with IHG or branded hotels will be an added advantage.
