Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Help implement HR policies and procedures
• Support employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers may apply if specified)
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
