Human Resources Specialist - UAE National
The HR Specialist will support the HR department in implementing and executing various human resources programs and initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, and HR operations. The role aims to ensure a smooth and efficient HR function that supports business objectives, fosters a positive employee experience, and contributes to the organization's Emiratization strategy.
Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Support HR in addressing employee concerns, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
- Support the implementation of the company's Emiratization strategy in line with national goals and company objectives.
- Collaborate with business units to identify roles suitable for UAE Nationals and facilitate their recruitment and development.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on Emiratization progress and related initiatives.
- Assist in developing and coordinating training, career development, and mentorship programs for UAE Nationals.
- Engage with external stakeholders such as universities, government entities, and career fairs to promote Emirati employment opportunities.
Compliance & Emiratization
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Contribute to the organization's Emiratization initiatives by supporting recruitment, retention, and development of UAE Nationals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in HR functions or administration (preferably within the UAE).

- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
