We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Executive to join our team. The HR Manager plays a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. This role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining HR records, assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, coordinating HR activities, and providing general HR support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for supporting the HR function.
Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the organization, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, preparing HR documents, and managing HR-related correspondence.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with new employee onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, collecting and verifying new hire documentation, coordinating orientation programs, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. Support employee offboarding by conducting exit interviews, updating records, and coordinating the return of company property
Note: HR must demonstrate proficiency in employee retention, ensuring the best talent stays, and effectively managing the process of replacing unproductive employees.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Maintain knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies, employee handbooks, and other relevant HR documents as needed.
- HR Data and Reporting: Compile and analyze HR data, such as employee attendance, leave records, turnover rates, and HR metrics. Prepare reports and presentations for HR management and assist with data-driven decision-making.
- Employee Records and Documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with utmost discretion.
- HR Communication: Assist in coordinating internal HR communication, including announcements, memos, and HR-related updates. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
- HR Systems and Technology: Utilize HR software systems to enter and maintain employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes. Collaborate with the IT department on HR system upgrades and troubleshooting.
- HR Compliance: Stay informed about employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Assist in ensuring HR compliance with applicable labor laws, data privacy regulations, and other legal requirements.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management, training and development initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with HR software systems and databases for employee record management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
