Job Description:
- Engagement with on site resources contractual & permanent employees.
- To act & resolve on-site issues of labours and labour accommodation.
- Responsible to recruit and manage employee and contract workers life cycle
- Manage contract labour management, labour documentation, labour payroll management.
- Serve as a point of contact for all queries coming from internal employees and contract workers.
- Maintain records of employees.
- Serve as a point of contact with vendors and administrators.
- Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
- Oversee the completion of CTC documentation.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Complete exit formalities and interviews.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Handle attendance and administration activities, resolve employee issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
