Human Resources Generalist

ATTC Manufacturing has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Generalist at their Tell City, Indiana facility.

The Human Resources Generalist will support all areas of the Human Resource function including:

• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring
• Advising management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
• Developing and implementing Team Leader and Supervisor Training
• Assisting with new hire orientation
• Assisting in administration of benefits
• Develop, coordinate and manage projects
• Providing additional support as needed on various projects and task.

The desired candidate should have previous HR experience, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess strong organizational skills, have strong interpersonal skills, be proficient in MS Office and work well in a team environment.
