Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team at CoHo Services. This role is pivotal in fostering a supportive workplace culture that aligns with our mission. Your role will involve working across multiple hospitality company's.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement employee onboarding programs.
• Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management initiatives.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Administer employee benefits programs.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
• Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with talent acquisition strategies preferred.
• Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
