The ideal candidate is passionate about building exceptional employee experiences and thrives in a hands-on role. You’ll own key areas of the talent lifecycle, including recruiting and onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement & culture - ensuring every stage of the employee journey is seamless, impactful, and aligned with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding and new hire orientation programs
  • Own recruitment and conduct screening interviews for roles in the US, Canada, Mexico, and others as needed
  • Support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement scalable HR programs and standardize procedures as we grow
  • Partner with the Senior HR Manager on integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k).

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR experience in generalist or business partner roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred but not required
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and HR best practices

  • Experience with HRIS systems, reporting, and HR analytics
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and conflict resolution skills
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is highly preferred
