The Human Resources Generalist is a key member of the Human Resources team, providing comprehensive support across various HR functions. This role requires a blend of hands-on execution and strategic thinking in areas such as talent acquisition and development, employee relations, benefits administration, and Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver and team player who can maintain confidentiality and promote a positive work environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Coordinate and improve onboarding procedures.
  • Coach employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support benefits programs and answer employee questions.
  • Maintain Human Resources systems.
  • Generate and analyze quarterly/annual metrics and reports.
  • Coordinate and deliver new employee orientation.
  • Support ongoing training programs and initiatives including course development, scheduling, editing, learning and development administration.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience. Must be able to produce college transcripts showing minimum 3.0 GPA if applicable.
  • 6+ year’s experience in Human Resources including experience with benefits, compliance, training and employee relations.
  • 6+ years experience in recruiting and interviewing.
  • 6+ year’s experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc. Paycom experience is preferred.
  • Excellent PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom.
  • Strong ability to take initiative and drive projects forward meeting all deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills .
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
  • Location: Colorado - Hybrid
  • Department: Finance & Admin
  • Compensation: Base Salary Range $82,000 - $109,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component
