The Human Resources Generalist is a key member of the Human Resources team, providing comprehensive support across various HR functions. This role requires a blend of hands-on execution and strategic thinking in areas such as talent acquisition and development, employee relations, benefits administration, and Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver and team player who can maintain confidentiality and promote a positive work environment.
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes
Coordinate and improve onboarding procedures.
Coach employees on company policies and procedures.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns.
Support benefits programs and answer employee questions.
Maintain Human Resources systems.
Generate and analyze quarterly/annual metrics and reports.
Coordinate and deliver new employee orientation.
Support ongoing training programs and initiatives including course development, scheduling, editing, learning and development administration.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience. Must be able to produce college transcripts showing minimum 3.0 GPA if applicable.
6+ year’s experience in Human Resources including experience with benefits, compliance, training and employee relations.
6+ years experience in recruiting and interviewing.
6+ year’s experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc. Paycom experience is preferred.
Excellent PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom.
Strong ability to take initiative and drive projects forward meeting all deadlines.
Strong organizational skills .

Compensation: Base Salary Range $82,000 - $109,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component
