Areas of Expertise

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Managing end-to-end hiring processes (internal & RPO) across diverse functions to ensure timely and quality onboarding.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Building a positive work culture through engagement activities, grievance handling, and retention initiatives.
  • HR Operations Management: Overseeing complete employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, HR records, and exit formalities.
  • Payroll Coordination & Compliance: Ensuring accurate payroll inputs, attendance management, and adherence to statutory and labor law requirements.
  • HRMS & Process Automation: Implementing and managing HR systems for streamlined data management, reporting, and process efficiency.
  • Training & Development: Identifying training needs, organizing programs, and evaluating outcomes to support continuous employee growth.
  • Performance Management: Facilitating appraisal processes, KPI tracking, and development plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Vendor Implementation & Management: Collaborating with external partners and vendors for HRMS, RPO, and training solutions to optimize performance and cost efficiency.
  • Project Management & Strategic HR Initiatives: Leading HR and business projects focused on process improvement, system integration, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Business Partnering & Strategy Alignment: Working closely with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹38,263.90 - ₹50,724.59 per month
