Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to support our workforce and organizational goals.

Duties

  • Oversee human capital management processes, ensuring compliance with FMLA and employment & labor laws.
  • Manage talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Conduct employee orientation and facilitate training & development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and support career development.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate HRIS data entry for payroll processing.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, managing conflict resolution, and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
  • Support change management initiatives and strategic planning efforts within the organization.
  • Collaborate on affirmative action planning and succession planning to ensure a diverse and capable workforce.
  • Utilize various HR tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Workday, Paychex, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, Salesforce, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, Paylocity, iCIMS, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian for effective HR operations.
  • Engage in data collection and analysis to inform HR strategies and improve workforce management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of HR functions such as talent management, employee evaluation, benefits administration, and OSHA regulations.
  • Familiarity with project management principles related to HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of conflict management techniques is essential for maintaining a positive work environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
