We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage HR operations, employee relations, and grievance handling. The role requires a strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices, ensuring smooth daily HR operations while maintaining a fair, compliant, and positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day to day HR operations, including employee records, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Manage and update HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and provide fair and timely resolutions in line with company policy and Saudi labor law.
  • Support line managers in disciplinary actions, counseling, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Mudad, and Qiwa requirements.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and end-of-service settlements with the finance team.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, promoting a culture of transparency, respect, and engagement.
  • Support HR projects, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives as needed.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of HR generalist experience within Saudi Arabia.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, mediation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
