We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage HR operations, employee relations, and grievance handling. The role requires a strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices, ensuring smooth daily HR operations while maintaining a fair, compliant, and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day to day HR operations, including employee records, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.

Manage and update HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and provide fair and timely resolutions in line with company policy and Saudi labor law.

Support line managers in disciplinary actions, counseling, and conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Mudad, and Qiwa requirements.

Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and end-of-service settlements with the finance team.

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Act as a point of contact for employees, promoting a culture of transparency, respect, and engagement.

Support HR projects, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of HR generalist experience within Saudi Arabia.

In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance practices.

Strong interpersonal, mediation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Proficiency in HR systems and government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
