A leading FMCG group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process for production, sales, and support staff.
  • Prepare job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks.
  • Manage visa processing, documentation, and onboarding formalities in coordination with PRO and admin.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and grievances.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, and exit processes in line with Labour Law.
  • Prepare employment letters, contracts, and related HR correspondences.
  • Oversee staff accommodation including room allocations, occupancy lists, and maintenance logs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the FMCG / food production / bakery manufacturing sector.
  • Solid knowledge of Labour Law and HR best practices.
