A leading FMCG group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team.
Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process for production, sales, and support staff.

Prepare job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks.

Manage visa processing, documentation, and onboarding formalities in coordination with PRO and admin.

Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and grievances.

Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.

Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, and exit processes in line with Labour Law.

Prepare employment letters, contracts, and related HR correspondences.

Oversee staff accommodation including room allocations, occupancy lists, and maintenance logs.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the
FMCG / food production / bakery manufacturing
sector.

Solid knowledge of
Labour Law
and HR best practices.
